Half Moon Brewery, based in Ellerton just outside York, celebrates 10 years of brewing this year. Started by Tony & Jackie Rogers in 2013, this award winning brewery has become well known for producing a great range of cask ales supplying pubs all over Yorkshire, they are extremely proud to be house brewers for both The Swan and Valhalla in York.
