Ministers urged to end fracking ‘loophole’ ahead of North Yorkshire planning decision

Campaigners are calling on the government to end a “loophole” in the UK’s de facto fracking ban as North Yorkshire Council considers granting planning permission for a new development in Burniston, near Scarborough.
