People urged to avoid having controlled fires as moorland blaze continues

North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service are still in attendance at Fylingdales Moor with multiple fire appliances still fighting the fire. This is an ongoing protracted incident. We are also advising that people avoid having controlled burns at this time.
