Satellites plan as mobile coverage solution in remote areas

National park bosses have suggested low orbit satellites would be the best solution to improving coverage in some of the North’s most remote areas as the impact of towering masts on highly protected landscapes and ecosystems would outweigh their social and economic benefits.
