Two teens arrested after car ‘weaving around’ North Yorkshire road

TWO teenagers were arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving after their car was seen ‘weaving around’ the road in North Yorkshire. CCTV operators warned police that people who had been drinking then got in a car and drove away on The Ginnel in Harrogate.
