Wanted man who caused ‘misery and fear’ arrested after police appeal

A WANTED man from North Yorkshire has been arrested following a police appeal for sightings to track him down. Robert Chinchen, 36 and from Scarborough, was arrested in West Yorkshire after breaching his licence conditions by absconding from his accommodation in Leeds soon after being released from prison and for breaching an interim Slavery and Trafficking Risk Order.
