Woman with distinctive face tattoo wanted in high-value fraud investigation

POLICE want to speak to a woman with a distinctive face tattoo as they investigate high-value shop thefts in North Yorkshire. The woman is suspected of having targeted shops, using deception to obtain high-value items on Monday 16 June in Harrogate.
