Police crackdown as modified e-bike use causes injuries and danger to public in York

North Yorkshire Police released video footage of a tactical stop of a cyclist seen to be riding an adapted bike the wrong way along the Price’s Lane one-way system in York, as part of its Operation Pendulum.
